Called up and requested groom for my Mini Aussie who is regarded as a small dog. The lady kept correcting me to said he is a large dog. Gave me a date 24th of May that he could come in then asked if I if I'd been there before and when I said no she corrected her date to say not before June. Then asked if he had been to a groomer before and I said no. She said I should go to a mobile groomer. She said she had no room for more big dogs. I explained again her isn't a big dog and when I got the message my business wasn't wanted she hung up on me. I giving the business a 1 star not because they didn't except my dog but because of how rude the person was and how she spoke down to me and didn't listen to what I was saying. She could have been polite and politely let me know there was no spots but instead have me a dressing down for was she felt was appropriate for a dog that was 2.5 and hadn't been to her groomer before. Left me feeling like I was ridiculous for even thinking I could call to ask about a basic dog groom.

Although my first groom here was good. My experience with this groomers changed the second time I went there. I made a mistake and turned up a week early, the way I was spoken to by the lady on the front desk was unnecessary. I left, called them to sort out what had happened, to then have another staff member repeatedly ask Do you want me to cancel your appointment next week". I felt they wanted me to cancel. I made an honest mistake to be rudely spoken to and embarrassed infront of other customers. I did attempt to give them feedback via messages on Instagram

I have a miniature Schnauzer and the cut he gets is always on point !! I cannot rate these lovely girls high enough, and Kim at the front desk is always helpful and lovely to deal with
