Aaron came to our house in glebe during the rains. Charged my mother $1600 in an emergency situation to do absolutely nothing. Has not responded to any phone calls or requests for contact. Other plumber came and fixed immediately. Avoid at all costs!

They use Spinners plumbing ,they are contractors that work together, be careful, very over priced &misleading

We had an emergency job on 7 November 2020 and we called Aaron to fix the issue. He charged us $800 to clear the drainage (said at the start that it may be tree roots) and told us we had an old pipe which we wouldn't need to change for about 6months. He also gave us a 6mth guarantee. He was basically in and out in 30 minutes..Literally 2 days later, the same issue happened again. I called him back to fix the issue given he'd given a 6mth guarantee. He told me it was because of the broken pipe and it would now cost me another $3,500 to replace the pipe. He refused to waive the initial $800 even though it did nothing. Not even sure what the 6mth guarantee means if he can't at a minimum clear the blockage and ensure the blockage remains clear for 2 days! Also, if he knew it would cost $3,500 why charge the original $800!!Furthermore Aaron was abusive, told me 'i was whinging' - apparently being out $800 with no fix shouldn't be a reason for a customer to complain or be upset......Anyway

Professional and friendly, very responsive. Quoted and did the job on the same day, very efficient.

Facebook response were quick so as the time able to come by, Aaron and his team came by to clean/unblock my storm water drains and also map out the drain routes so we know where the issue was. their price were also pretty good in the market. efficient and suggestion were good.Will be my future plumber :) Thank you.

I was extremely happy with Aaron and Todd's installation of the dishwasher, they turned up on short notice, had everything for the job, very professional, and keeping my hardwood floors clean with the shoe protectors was just an amazing touch!Was so happy to find such a great team!Thank you so much guys!Sam

Avoid at all cost! A plumber from Sydney Drain Doctor came to our place that I booked through Spinners Team of Tradesmen to replace two shower washers as I was getting poor water pressure in the shower. After 5 mins of inspecting the shower taps the plumber quoted $550 to replace washers in the both hot and cold shower tap. When asked why the outrageous quote we were told that is his price. So I paid him the call out fee of $100 call out fee and he had left. Later that afternoon I called another plumber who came down the very same day and replaced the washers in the two taps for $150. $400 extra if you are to go through Sydney Drain Doctor - an absolute robbery! I wish I could give them a 0 star.

After an emergency leak in my apartment Aaron arrived and got the situation under control quickly and efficiently. Very professional and sensitive to the emotional crisis resulting. For any single females needing trade help I have no hesitation in recommending.

Do not use this company. Aaron charged a $99.00 call out fee, which doesn't even go towards the repair cost which i later found out, it wasn't an emergency job either, $263.18 for an Emergency stop Valve, which is what he said we needed, for the kitchen sink to even the flow of the cold tap. Then, supply and install an Inlet Valve to a toilet at a cost of $408.18, which he said we needed, Total cost $847.36, for an hour and half work. I asked him to also replace the washers on the bathroom taps. He broke my bathroom taps, by over tightening them, said I needed new taps which he just happened to have in his truck. I decided to purchase new ones from Cass brothers, he said he would return in the afternoon to fix it..Upon his return he wanted to charge me another call out fee of $99.00 which he said he would waive... i just laughed, and then he had the audacity to ask me for another $400.00 to fit them!, I said no as he broke them, his reply was well I'm not fixing it then and just walked out and left the job.
