We used their services for final inspection before moving. Carport was superbly cleaned. Infect it was cleaned beyond over expectations. Good Job Well done

Horrible service. They had to return twice, Susan guaranteed second clean would be perfect. Nearly lost our bond as landlord was not happy at all and they throw house items out instead of cleaning them which landlord and I found in our bin. We had to return and clean it during the time I had a very sick child in hospital because they refused to answer our phone calls. Then expected us to pay when we had to do the clean ourselves!

made an appointment for cleaning and carpets to be done and no one showed up even after calling to find out what happened. a day later still trying to get answers and without resolution was hung up on. do not recommend.

The carpets were cleaned just fine however they arrived over an hour late and we booked a general clean and carpets, they only turned up equipped to to the carpets. I had to chase when they were late and when only half the service was offered. The job they did was fine but they weren’t reliable
