Absolutely useless, unprofessional, uncaring and i would not recommend them to anyone for any matter. Charged a fortune for probate and then didn't even apologise when they incorrectly charged over $1,000 in interest on overdue bill instead of the $12.32 they should have. Disgrace.

I needed a will made was told that they couldn’t help at this point of time so extremely unhappy so I’ll take my business somewhere else

Fantastic to deal with, great communication and very thorough! I feel like they have gone above and beyond for me, even looking into things without me asking them to. Very compassionate and understanding, and very professional! Thanks so much for all your help. Would recommend to anyone and I will use them for any future needs without a doubt.

Would not recommend these layers,lost power of attorney through a disgruntled brother,these lawyers didn't even have the decency to let me know i was no longer power of attorney,knowingly new what brother was up to, all they care about is taking your money,don't do a Will with these layers as it is not worth the paper it is written on,

Really disappointed. At their suggestion i set up direct debit payments to cover costs and despite honouring these they pulled out and wanted more money in bulk. Had i known this i would have not used them. It cost around 1200 for 2 letters to be sent to my ex and there were administration errors. Would not reccommend this company andcto my dismay I have spoken to others who have had the same experiences

I was recommended to these lawyers as a legally blind person expecting help but at the end because I wasn’t satisfied with the service they ditched me after nearly paying $2000 to them I was not abusive to this team at all.I don’t recommend for anyone who has a disability to go to this lawyers

Do not recommend seeking any help from them if you are trying to get things done in a timely matter,It took me two appointments to achieve a plan with them to send an email on my behalf in regards to the issues I was having with a builder.After three weeks of not hearing anything from their team, I made 4 phone calls over the span of a 5 day period which they could not even work out if they had sent the email, so after being disappointed by this news I then went in the following Monday in person to try and work out what was happening and get back on track,They lost all of my notes and plans of what the email would contain,The following day an email was sent for me which was nothing like we planned and the day after that I canceled all works to be done by them.End result was me losing a month of my time and money.
