Quite upset I forked out $250 for a consultation when I'm in no financial position to afford that extra cost on top of my sons orthodontic treatment. Enquired elsewhere and got a free consultation and was recommended a different avenue for orthodontic treatment for my son, which would be cost effective in the long run instead. Elaine was nice and straight to the point about what her opinion was regarding what my son needed but unfortunately it wasn't best for us.
