Great store and fantastic staff. Bec helped me find the perfect shoe as I have alot of issues with my feet and i was then able to spend the next 2days going around Taronga Western Plains Zoo with our grandbabies with absolutely NO PAIN.

Athlete’s Foot Dubbo : Great customer service experience . I have been experiencing painful plantar fasciitis and the recommended , Brooks walker shoe from Athlete’s foot Dubbo has eased the pain much quicker than my previous Frankie 4 shoe . My feet thank you very much !!! As a nurse , I am on my feet all day so there is limited time to rest them .

Visited physical store 2 weeks ago with the intention to spend approximately $300 on shoes. Explained to assistant what I was after. Response was to point at wall & say that's what you're after. Then walked off.I walked out!!!Went to competition opposite Post Office and purchased 2 pairs.What assistant didn't realise was that I'm a former athlete and coach, knew exactly what I was looking for from experience.Will NEVER go again and have shared experience with at least 20 people!!

Purchased a new pair of running shoes, Bec served me and I was very impressed with her product knowledge. The research that I had done was galvanised with her in store assessment and I felt very comfortable making my purchase. The shoes have been fantastic and I thank her for that.
