Ensure you always get a quote for each and every job.I found Nick via hipages and hired him 3 times. 2 times for my small business and I found him punctual, a bit slow but kept to his quotes well and I thought he was reasonable and planned to keep using him.The 3rd time, I asked him for a quote to install the same sensor tap in my mother's home as a 2nd tap in the kitchen and got a quote of $400. He had to cut through a stone bench for this. He had to add in a mixer to allow hot water to be mixed through and this was an additional $206. The tap used was the exact same one he had installed for me before at the small business.Whilst he was there, I asked him why the exisiting kitchen tap’s water pressure seemed lower than before and he told me it was likely the tap being old. He said if i bought a new tap it shouldn’t take him long to replace it as it was like for like. I went to bunnings to buy this and confirmed the purchase with Nick before I went. However, Nick took 6 hours to complete the 2 jobs together and it seemed the 2nd job got him really stuck (i was there in the home). He later said it was due to the space being tight. I was slapped with a $1126 dollar bill. This included the 200 dollar mixer plus 200 extra dollars of materials". When I got the bill and questioned this

Nick was excellent. He came out to help us on New Years Day. We were very stressed and Nick had the problem fixed in 2 hours. Very reasonable price especially on a public holiday. Would highly recommend to everyone and anyone!

Nick was awesome - found him on Hi pages and I struck gold. Nick was punctual and he did a great job on installing my colorbond pergola roof. He worked through the hot sun without a complaint and did a fantastic job. He was polite and very friendly, he didn't take advantage of the short notice call out and charged a very reasonable and fair price.
