Very satisfied! Got my formal dress fitted and altered from the sides in a time pinch, came back very form fitting. Will do all my future alterations here.

Don't wash your clothes and shoes in this store. The shop outsources their services to a part-time shoe washer (who only wash your shoes after 5pm), (the shop doesn't understand their operation process !!!) and pushes the blame completely.Aviod! Aviod! Aviod!This is the lesson of blood.Look at the cracks on the leather of the shoes in the picture.The heel was sanded by their professional shoe cleaner with a sanding wheel.The soles even did not remove the sludge.Please don't trust the profession said by the owner. There is no professional qualification.When we hand over the shoes to the store, the shop owner guaranteed us their shoe cleaner is a professional American shoe washer(a distributor).After we got the shoes and found that there was a problem with the shoes, the shop owner and shoe washer stated that it only used US MGK products (using the MGK trademark without permission). They even said the crack was originally on the shoe leather.Finally, when we asked the store to display the qualifications, the shoe cleaners indicated that the product they used was Shoe M · A · G · I · K (an unqualified product that cannot be searched online).The shop owner aviod reponsibility but earn our money.If you care your cloth and shoes, choose others!

AVOID! Unless you like to watch their surveillance video playback as part of the everyday customer sales process (just like in a communist state?). At drop-off they gave me a receipt that had the owner’s hand written fee on the “pre-paid” line, and of course I thought that meant I’d paid, but without further ado the owner went straight to his video archive to find and assert there was me being “a bad customer”. I will stick to my regular dry-cleaner where they have a professional sales system free from Big Brother cameras.As for the result, it was ineffectual compared to other dry cleaners I’ve used. I have since hand washed all my garments and removed all the stains they failed to. It was actually quite an easy process using Sard wonder-soap.I’ll be taking this up with Oakleigh centre management. There are plenty of better tenants who’d love to lease that shop.

Terrible customer service. Damaged items. Takes no responsibility. Denied damage despite item being “as new” when i dropped the item in - owner even commented that it “hardly looked worn”. Returned with a massive chemical stain! .

My go to for school blazers and dresses for the new school year. Very helpful, shirts have come back crisp and clean especially under the arms. Blazers on discovery of paint all over the sleeve. On pick up, the blazer looked as new. Thank you.

Got 3 jackets and a few other items of clothing dry cleaned. Whilst the owner is very nice and cheery, they are not good at dry cleaning. One of my jackets was damaged with a big hole in the lining on the inside of the jacket. I am sure he knew he had done this, but never mentioned it to me and I only noticed when I came to wear the jacket again. I cannot support a business whose practices are unethical. I will definitely not be using this place again.
