These guys were great to deal with. We have 12 vehicles to move interstate and they made it very easy. A particular mention to Courtney in the office who was really professional and lovely and all the drivers also.

I booked my car on this carrier two weeks ago - Sydney area to Townsville. I have rung daily for 4 days requesting they advise when the car will be delivered. To date no return telephone calls. The service has been shocking - a delivery date does not seem a lot to ask. The courtesy of a return telephone call would have been nice. Car? What car?

Ka Shazzu need to get ur facts correct as u was told that ur car would be taken on friday or monday. You abused my staff member in the offices and we have a 7 to 10 day transit timeSo get ur facts right before u go saying something completely different to what happenplus the car was only drop on the wednesday and wanted it in brisbane the next day for $300 if u wanted express pay for the who truck and the driver life to push them to get what u want

Worst company ever would not recommend this company to anyone wanting a service you have paid for. After being told the car would be delivered on a certain day then to find out the day it was meant to be at its destination it was still sitting in the yard from phone calls I made no one from this company contacted me to inform me of this. When asking for a refund the front office staff became extremely unprofessional and certainly need a lot of work with customer service and deescalation then what I can only assume was the manager accused me of being abusive when I did not raise my voice or swear but I was firm and wasn’t leaving without my money. A reasonable request when a service was not provided and communication was extremely poor.
