We had a very bad experience with this centre especially with Emily (the speech therapist). My son was 2 year old then with speech delay. With the first session she labelled him as being autistic and pushed us to have psych review as well as asked us to go to NDIS centers instead. Literally she disallowed us from continuing attending their centre. What she thought is proven incorrect now after 2 years. My son is reviewed by several pediatricians, psychologists and speech therapists, and is proven that he is not on spectrum. He is a normal little boy who decided to talk at age of 3. Emily just simply was too lazy to see my son. Not even one star

Absolutely the worst possible experience I’ve ever received from a psychologist. Not only were we never informed that myself and my son would be split for an autism assessment, when I sent further information that I had thought of later I wasn’t responded to. Then during the feedback session myself and my sons kinder teacher were blamed for my sons difficulties. In the end their $1400 assessment that didn’t detail anything that was helpful except for a cut and paste report meant nothing because he was still diagnosed. Get it together. Most disgusting professional psychologists I’ve ever come across.

Exceptional staff and service! Went above and beyond for myself and my family. Very polite, understanding and passionate practitioners/staff who were always happy to assist with any questions I had. 10/10 !!!!

I found wise owl very difficult to deal with. I called their office on many occasion with no answer. I do not recommend their services at all - I would think there are other companies that would provide a better service with a smile on their face
