Had a great afternoon along the rail trail! The ebikes were in excellent condition and so easy use, even for a first-timer. Mick was super friendly and explained everything we needed to know about the bikes, as well as suggesting lots of cool stops along the rail trail. Would definitely hire bikes here again!

Rented a child carrier carriage from Valley E-bikes for a recent cycle along the NRRT with our four year old.Having the carriage was fantastic, as it allowed us to cycle the whole track (otherwise impossible for us with a small child). We stopped at many places along the way and had a full-day family adventure.Booking was a breeze, communication clear and friendly and collection right by the trail head couldn't have been easier.Thanks for helping us make a day out to remember!

Mick was great . Tells exactly how to ride the e-bikes , a new experience for us , and how use all the bits to your advantage . The rail trail is great , so many people using it . Must admit it was cooler than I expected , the tunnel in particular is very cold . Enjoy

The only way to do the rail trail! The E-bikes absolutely made the day for us. It is a very long journey and we really wanted to see it to the end - there is no way we would have been able to do it without the extra power of the e-bikes.It was a beautiful journey - and so much fun on the faster bikes. We towed our kids behind in the kids trailer which they loved and made a few stops along the way at Hosanna and Mooball. It was a brilliant day and are looking forward to doing it again. I had the most amazing day today on the Murwillumbah Rail Trail. Thanks to the crew at Valley E -Bikes for getting me sorted out, as I have never ridden an e-bike before and nor am I an athlete. I can't even remember when I last rode a bike. I got a good run down on what to do and Im so glad I chose this option as the bike was comfy and really easy to ride. The pedal assist kicked in easy and made it so smooth and I could go up to the speed of 25km. I passed so many people struggling on other bikes. I could see their faces as I cruised on by and they all had that look of omg I wish I was on that bike". These big fat tyres make all the difference. I had nothing but a cool breeze on me while riding this bike in the heat of February. I rode 40km and if I had done this on another type of bike I don't think I would have made it. My back side doesn't even hurt. I enjoyed stopping along the way and taking in all the scenery

Very professional and accommodative. They have reliable bikes and prompt communication at all times. To top it up, very well located to the start of the rail trail.We had trailers and went to the end of the rail track, the batteries were superb!!! Fully recommend the adventure.Thanks
