I get the privilege to travel to multiple mine sites across Australia and this is one of the better ones in terms of consistency, vegetables on offer (love my veg while away) and just all around easy to deal with with a vast array of options.

Food can be very hit & miss. Needs a good upgrade as it gets very crowded at times & more funding for better food. Doesn't really cater for people with allergies . However it is kept clean tidy & organised & has a great salad bar.

A very large camp facility lovely food but is alot smaller than Mount Keith camp. It recieve a 4star grade.

I have been working on this site as a FIFO for more than 3 years, recently I went to get some takeaway food which I normally do as I don't dine in and I don't eat meat or cheese so have dietary restriction and I suddenly got stopped by a staff who abruptly asked if I was living in camp and whether I work for bhp. I told her I have been the town doctor for More than 3 years. I am not sure what the basis of that sudden interrogation was but I'm sure staff can improve their processes and how they treat diners

Average mining camp mess, food was ok. - pretty dismal atmosphere the whole camp needs a freshen up especially the rooms, feels like I have stepped back in time 40yrs.
