Victoria Nails

6/5 stars for me! Sandy and Jenny are divine! Not only are they both kind and accomodating with getting me in and out quickly with my newborn waiting at home but are both exceptionally good in delivering a top notch nail service. I've also recently moved to the area and was in search a new forever salon and I've certainly found it! I'll be back and will bring my girlfriends with me! Thanks Ladies!

I really don't like leaving negative reviews so first I'd like to start with a positive. The ladies in Victoria Nails are very friendly and accomodating. I've been there a couple times and they always fit me in promptly which I really appreciate.Unfortunately however I will not be going back due to my recent experience.I went to the salon to get an SNS manicure, unfortunately it was put on too thin and in less then 12 hours of getting it on, 2 nails had already cracked. I went back to get it fixed where they kindly fixed it up promptly and free of charge (this I really do appreciate).As I was getting the nails fixed the nail technician clipped my cuticle while filing and it began to bleed (and as someone who gets their nails done regularly I can understand that this sometimes happens and that's no problem) however, I then thought the appropriate response would be to wash my hand let it stop bleeding and try again. Instead the nail tech wiped it with a dry paper towel and proceeded to dip the open, bleeding finger back into the SNS dipping powder and continue doing it while it was bleeding... I can't believe this was the hygienic response to the problem and I now am slightly concerned about the dipping powder that will be stuck in my cut... To top it off, she used the wrong colour to fix the two nails also so now I have two off coloured nails and a cut with SNS powder in it.I completely understand that mistakes happen, but I went to Victoria Nails because of all the positive reviews they had on google... I don't want people to be led astray, the people that run Victoria Nails are lovely, good people BUT there are some serious hygiene issues that concern me. Thank you for fixing my nails free of charge but after this I will not be returning, thank you for your understanding.

These girls are amazing! I see these girls once a week and I take my young sister there every fortnight. They look after us amazing and whenever it’s just me they make sure to ask about how my young sister is going and young brother is amazing! I actually see these lovely ladies more then my own family and they never disappoint. I work on cars for a living and these girls always make sure my nails look amazing for work (even though the guys I work with hate it haha). I usually get my nails done by Katie and she is an absolute sweetheart who always makes sure I leave with beautiful and bright nails just how I like! I highly recommend these girls! And I recommend if you give extra money they deserve the change due to their respect, kind hearts and that they love to make sure you leave happy! Thank you ladies! See you Sunday!! Haha

10/10! When I first arrived at the nail I was greeted and sat down right away! I felt like the lady was dedicated to perfecting my nails and gave me tips and advise to keep my nails maintained for as long as possible! I really enjoyed this experience and loved having a chat:) I walked out of the salon feeling quite pampered and looked after. Very happy with my nails!

Been around in many nail salons around Hawthorn and this is one of the best!!Two lovely ladies working on both my mani and pedi - both were really patient and strong focus on detail. They were taking time to trim, cleaned up and to shape, everything was done to perfect.Would highly recommend and definitely going back.Edit on 14Oct2022 - a month after the mani and pedi, they are still staying perfectly on fingers and toes. Extremely recommend!!!!
