Manakamana Grocery Store

Very poor customer service and very bad attitude. We went there to buy some chocolate, we just went in and she was like, can you do fast cz I need to close.Wt…you could have said we are closed?I really get upset and angry.Pindi and kinmel are far better than this store.

An incredibly vast array of whole spices and various groceries from the Indian subcontinent. The tightly packed space is a pleasure to rummage through and discover all those essential ingredients you can’t find elsewhere. Staff are always jovial and will assist you if required.

I would give zero stars if i could.For every item you buy here you are paying atleast 50 cents more.They opened the big shop but the only thing that has changed is their pricing- which is now even higher than it used to be. There are many international shops around and the way this shop reflects the price affects the Nepalese community.I am soo glad that their so many other alrernatives so close. I try to never go to this shop.

Good place to buy groceries and very good customer service

very friendly staff, many variety of spices and competitive Price.very very neat and tidy, easy to find the product, very well manage display and most importantly you will find many Traditional product which will not easily available on the other Nepalese shop.

I bought a samosa from the store but when I wanted to eat it was smelling so bad, taste was bad, it was already staleThis is just ridiculous. I tried to contact them but they just ignored.

It was my First time purchase from this Store and am very Disappointed with the products they sold me, I bought a packet of wai-wai noodles the whole box and they were all soggy kinda, it was not crispy and had weird taste. The dates were in Nepali dates... I shopped for more than 70$ believing it was good, as suggested by a friend but it's gonna be my last one. I have no receipt with me or else I would refund all of their items please sell your stuff genuinely, Nepal ma jasto neglect nagaridinu hola. Highly discouraged to shop here.

I have a good service recovery story to share.I Called the store to know what was their refund policy as I figured out one of the item I had purchased yesterday had very inflated price. I wasn't happy as I was being loyal to Nepalese store and felt ripped up somehow. Spoke with a guy named Jiten, most probably the store owner, and expressed my frustrations. After speaking with him for some time, his tone of conversation and explanations calmed me down Instantly. Not only he promised to Refund the extra charges, he also promised to put the pricing down for that product immediately. Although I am not going to claim that refund, I felt good that he did not ignored my frustrations, listened and tried helping out.

A Nepalese and South Asian grocery store. Most groceries are available, but a bit pricey compared to similar stores nearby (That’s why 3 stars).
