I am so thrilled with my Thermomix , and even more thrilled with the service from Kerri. She has stayed in contact and answered calls and questions and made sure I was invited to zoom cooking sessions and gave me a private tutorial. I feel confident finally as a cook and Kerri's support makes a world of difference. I couldn't make the first zoom cooking class but I am looking forward to the next so I can be even more inspired!! Kerri was very helpful in showing me the TM6, a lot different to the old TM31 - I had for 12 years.But she led me through skilfully and I was able to make 2 things on day one- nothing spectacular, but it’s a beginning . A Feta,Spinach,Sweet Potato Frittata and a Banana loaf Gluten Free.Love my Thermomix

Kerri was extremely helpful from beginning to end. I purchased a new thermomix for my son & daughter-in-law in Newcastle. Talking to Kerri on the phone to organize this gift she was more than accommodating to promptly order, have delivered on time and have a follow up with them & very helpful with advise & detail . They love the new way of cooking and know that Kerri is more than happy to be of ongoing assistance .

I couldn't ask for a better Thermomix Consultant.Kerri really knows her thermie; the initial zoom call (due to covid) was such a breeze, and the ongoing support has been exceptional.I love hearing from Kerri and watching her Thermomix Facebook page posts. Kerri introduced me to the Thermomix just before I had my twins and it changed my life! Kerri has been an attentive consultant for 7 years now, assisting with any issues and providing guidance on new products to improve my Thermomix experience.
