Burn City Smokers

We were stoked to have the Burn City Smokers team cater our wedding. They really went above and beyond and it was honestly one of the best meals we have ever eaten.Our guests were so impressed and so well fed.Thanks for being absolutely awesome!

Burn City Smokers catered for our wedding last Saturday and our guests and I were blown away by the incredibly delicious and well cooked food. The brisket and chicken were juicy. The portions were generous and the staff made sure to walk to each table to top up the food if required. No guest was hungry! The ice cream sandwiches were a hit too! Raphael, Jessica and chef Robert were extremely professional, friendly and accommodating. A few of our guests unexpectantly couldn't make it on the day and chef left us half a brisket to take home which we enjoyed in tacos the next day. We also appreciated the fact Raphael remembered my specific request for their chilli oil. :D Can't thank the team at Burn City enough! We'll definitely be ordering food from you again in the future!

Raphael and the team were epic as caterers for our wedding! We have really hard-to-impress foodies in our group of guests, and even they were blown away at the epic feast we had Burn City prepare. We found them years ago catering at someone else's wedding, and my partner never forgot how good the food was that day, and vowed that we would have them on board for ours. And they delivered! Thank you Raphael for being so awesome to us and our guests, it was a huge highlight of the day!

Amazing BBQ hidden in The West. We opted for the Feed Me option which was $43pp and we were not disappointed! So much delicious food. Burn City Smokers are known for their beef rib and brisket burger and now I know why, they are sooo good. The peppery crust and smoke ring on the beef rib was amazing and the beef brisket was juicy and flavoursome. Try the jalapeño poppers and the mac and cheese too. I couldn't fault any of the dishes and therefore I will be back and will continue to spread the word!

We cannot recommend Burn City Smokers enough!We were lucky enough to secure these guys for our wedding in November 2021, right at the end of another big lockdown. They were so easy to work with, very accommodating when talking about possible cancelations and most importantly served a delicious meal for our wedding guests.I am not exaggerating when I tell you that guests loved the food, compliments were passed onto us on the day, days after and weeks after. We were told it was the best wedding food they've ever had. Vegans and vegos were equally impressed with their creative alternative meals.Thanks so much guys, we love your work and so did our guests!

It seems a bit futile reviewing a restaurant just before it closes its doors but if it helps then in their catering business then it’s worth it. We drove across Melbourne to partake in a delicious dinner with the family. We ordered a spread - beef ribs, pork ribs, pork belly, cheese kranskies, smoked cauliflower, and mac n’ cheese. Add to that some beers and deserts and everyone went home full and happy.I’d definitely repeat if given an opportunity.

Outstanding meal. Such a shame they’re closing the restaurant, and just our luck we didn’t discover them until their closing night. Fantastic food. Brisket was one-of-kind. Best wishes for whatever comes next.

Easily one of the best BBQ restaurants we've visited. 10/10.Polenta fries are crisp on the outside and creamy in the center.Picked vegetables add a nice contrast to the smoked meat.The chipotle corn was nicely charred and plump.The brisket and beef ribs are perfect. Tender (but not mushy) just enough fat to add juciness and flavor.Asti was awesome. She's friendly and very passionate about the restaurant and dishes.We can't wait to visit again. A definite must try (repeatedly)" in our book."
