La Lucca - Claremont

La Lucca is a little gem of a store , with an abundance of beautiful things to choose from , including amazing ELK handbags & wallets.The arcade is a pleasure to shop in , but it is Lesley ( the owner ) who really makes this store special . She always goes out of her way to give exceptional customer service and I have now become a regular as I'm sure many others have too.

This gorgeous little store in Old Theatre Lane is bursting with amazing pieces of jewellery, fashion and accessories to entice anyone who passes. It is almost impossible to go to Old Theatre Lane and not be tempted by all the unique and stylish pieces on offer. If you are looking for fresh jewellery, accessories, hats and clothing ..look no further, come visit La Lucca. It's amazing! I promise you will be delighted! A visit to Old Theatre Lane is a rare experience with unique shops, a great café and a magical feel. A perfect place to bring visitors to Perth for an afternoon browse and coffee and cake. I love it and so will you :O)

Very interesting and unique jewellery and fashion items. I regularly find fabulous birthday and Christmas gifts there for my mother! I am hoping to find a nice handbag there like I found last time (the 1960's style Paris spring number..). You just don't find these things in David Jones or Myer. ( regular shopper and not owner's son...)

A great shop full of unique gifts and the proprietor Lesley is so helpful in her service and assistance. She is a wealth of knowledge with eclectic tastes that are reflected in the quality of her extensive range of giftware. I'm never too sure of what to choose for others, and I can't fault the quality of Lesley's advice when I'm choosing gifts for birthdays and special occasions. La Lucca is well located in Theatre Lane and I highly recommend this shop for its friendly ambience and top service. Many thanks Lesley.

This shop is a (huge) gem! Lesley is one of the most helpful and friendly store owners i’ve ever met. Made a special return visit in 24 hours and left again with amazing pieces. Service is impeccable. The jewellery range is unique and personal. Lots of ideas for gifts. Will most definitely return for more. Also stocks hats, bags, scarfs and clothes.

I just love this shop and always find something to treat myself or someone special. Lesley is so friendly and helpful. I was actually in the shop when one of the people involved in the recent negative review was present. Lesley was polite and endeavoured to help the customer and coped with a very awkward confronting situation.

La Lucca is the perfect shop for everything from unique fashion to stunning jewellery. This is the place to go if you are looking to spoil yourself or are looking for gifts. Their customer service is amazing (thanks to Lesley the store owner) and I love to find new items every time I go there :)

I Have had very bad customer service the owner was bullish to me and my wife when we tried to return a purchase, I have made a complaint to consumer affairs and I encourage anyone else who has had trouble with this sour old lady to do the same .I will keep posting this so others hopefully don’t end up in the same Situation.I will keep posting these in until I get a apology from her . As she was so rude .
