Love being able to recycle soft plastics without having to drop them off. Great to have an option to recycle other items that the council doesn't recycle. App is easy to use and the reminders are helpful. I really hope this service is viable long term and doesn't go the same way as Redcycle.

I can not speak more highly of RecycleSmart. The process was seamless and so incredibly easy. We had a lot of unwanted electrical stuff from our office clean out. Cables, monitors, computer towers, TV you name it! Nothing was too hard for the team and the pick was so smooth. The pick up driver was incredibly friendly and helpful. This company is going places! Thank you RecycleSmart!! 11/10. AMAZING service :-)

When my friend recommended a Recycle Smart I couldn't be happier. They would come to my front door and collect very unusual thing, like medicine blisters or old cookware apart of clothes, soft plastics and lot's of other things.I'm always looking forward to their newsletters - some exciting recycling news or facts.Happy to use them on a regular basis.Thank you for what you do!

What a great service!!! I was devastated when redcycle stopped at the Supermarkets, and now this service is just as good! They pick up 2 bags for free of soft plastics and any other recyclable items you have which for me included stained clothes that couldn't go to charity and other items. I'm very impressed and hope more people use this great service.

This is such a great service. They offer free pick ups for recycling, with an option of ordering extra pick ups for a small fee. It is really great for tricky to recycle items like soft plastics and blister packs. The communication is fantastic, with emails and text messages the day before and on the day of collection so it is easy to remember to put your recycling out. You don’t even need to be home, and they sort it for you on the spot. . I also love the message on collection that the recycling is on the journey of its lifetime! I would definitely recommend RecycleSmart!

Thanks RecycleSmart for your efficient and timely Power Pickup last week.Your team came on time as promised and left our collection bags in place.We were SO pleased that this collection of soft plastics has recommenced, and you guys have been very professional to deal with!We're happy that Lane Cove Council have embraced this service.We are just 2 households (a duplex) but we were very worried about all that plastic going into landfill.

Fantastic service makes recycling so easy! You get an app notification and an email 1 week before the pickup date and a day before to ensure you never miss a pickup. The drivers are so friendly! Highly recommend!!

I am so thankful to have found Recycle Smart. I started recycling my soft plastic and now have had them pick up clothes, shoes and e-waste. I'm a tricky to find unit, and there has never been an issue or delay picking up. I highly recommend.
