This afternoon me and my family went to this hungry jacks, The kitchen was filthy, the chips were cold and one was burning hot. The burgers were not that bad but the drinks after five minutes started to taste like dirt and it took us ten minutes for our food to get cooked. I highly recommend to not eat here

They charge me for a burger around 12aud having NOTHING inside.The manager could not be able to deal about replacement or refund. Poor person. The manager was just a stutterer and couldn't wait to not take responsibility and blamed the driver instead (who has nothing to do). Please Hungry Jack, improve your business and send back home people like that. This is ridiculous

Lucky the burgers are better because the staff are rubbish. Couldn't get the order correct, slow, disinterested. Too busy having a chat and joke between team members than to bother with the customer.

from the 18 years this HJ has been the closest to me, tonight was the SLOWEST SERVICE EVER!! They only had a couple of orders but took 10 minutes for my carry cup. Furthermore, the staff seemed more interested in talking with their friends than doing their jobs.

I got my food late at night through the drive thru and specifically ordered burgers without tomato as I suffer from gout. So I had 2 remove 6 pieces of tomato from 2 of my burgers wich were stacker burger meals that cost a fortune plus my partner jus wanted a double bacon deluxe n there was only 1 piece of bacon and all the burgers were very poorly put together and our burgers were half out of there wrapping when I got hme n the chip packets were merely half full of chips. I'm very certain I will not be going back there any time soon

Had 3 staff at the front counter sneaking looks to see if I would leave instead of taking an order. Finally after literally 4 minutes of waiting a lady over the age of 17 appeared and took the order also finding it hard to believe we hadn't been served. Considering bo one in the store and 1 car in the drive through at the time the customer service is poor.

Sadly, my experience with Hungry Jack's Arana Hills has been very mixed. At times, there have been orders that have been mixed up, and the food has been sub-par. On other occasions, the order has been correct, and the food has been quite good. It's a shame, because they are clearly capable of producing good food, but whether due to training issues or staffing levels, quality suffers at times. The dining area is American diner style, and in my opinion, a little tacky and uninviting. I feel it needs a refurbishment to a modern theme. Not many people actually eat in, and I can see why. A far cry from the 1980's when as a teenager I would often walk into a busy restaurant. Anyway, I wish them all the best.

One of the worst burgers I've ever been served. Complete opposite to the picture, didn't have any tomato and barely any lettuce. It was a complete mess. The 1 star is for the chips being hot and the drive thru lady being polite.

Today I bought a double cheeseburger meal from Hungry jacks at Arana Hills and when I opened my meal I was surprised with a very unsatisfactory burger. I took the burger back only to be laughed at by the staff,I then asked to speak to the manager and was treated with the same attitude and felt I was being ridiculed for my ethnicity. I asked them if they were being racist towards me and the manager smirked and said there was nothing they could do for me as there was no burger bread left in all of Brisbane.I'm not sure why they did not just tell me this when I ordered my meal in the first place. I wasn't offered any solution and was sent away. I chucked the burger in the bin as it looked like it had been tampered with before I had even touched it. I'm not even that concerned about the burger but the wayI was made to feel the awful treatment I was given when asking what had happened to my burger.what do you think?any people who ordered from the shop who had the same situation as me?
