Rudest, unhelpful and clearly impatient staff I have ever experienced in Australia. Horrendous attitude towards me - the only Asian in line. Unacceptable manner! I paid the costs but left angrily without using their service.

Woman behind the counter obviously at the end of her shift charged me for the wrong post bag and then when I went to exchange it, was made to pay for another one even though I had only written one line. 1st woman I spoke to was rude and miserable. 2nd lady was very nice

Lynette & Brownyn are just lovely people. You generally don’t have a pleasant experience with Australia Post so I thought I had to take the time to review this one in particular. Wonderful kind service from real local people who never fail to make you laugh. Well done ladies!
