I wish could’ve given NO star! Very rude staff!Long waiting times!Went there for a fasting test, no drinking! with appointment! and had to wait for 1 hour, dehydrated and got headache! When talked to reception she was too aggressive even not letting me talk!

Lovely doctor, however, I was told by the receptionist before the appointment that the gap would get paid straight back into my account using a machine. It didn’t and it had to be processed through Medicare account. I didn’t appreciate being misled in this instance.

Doctor was very friendly and helpful.Pity that there is such a large Medicare gap fee now and to get penalised and made to pay more for having to attend an evening appointment when there are no day time appointments available is disappointing, put more doctors on during the day so that people have a choice and can promptly get help for their family when required.

I would highly recommend Dr Srini Chinnaswamy. He is the best doctor I have met so far, always keen to help and explain things very nicely. Since I have started going to Srini I never went anywhere else. He is extremely helpful, and I will give him 10 out 10 always.All the reception staff very friendly and helpful always answers politely. Best customer services so far.Thank you so much for great services!!!

A place myself and family always feel welcome , and treated with respect and dignity. They Give the warmest reception and acknowledge people well.The receptionist go out of their way to help always. The doctors who i have particularly seen have been the best. Dr srini and Dr Ahmed. Keep up the good work.

Although his previous doctor ( Rachel Hessari) forgot part of my son’s 2nd month vaccination and caused a big stress for me today and still now, the personnel today was so helpful and explained everything to me nicely.

It is so hard to find good customer service these days, however Tracy one of the receptionist at DFMP went above and beyond to help me today after a follow up with the lovely gp!! So appreciative! Highly recommend this clinic.
