Toorak Manor

Good place just outside the busy city with ample parking, 1 min walk to rail, good hosts , cozy/clean 'vintage' style rooms at a great price.

Very clean and functional. I would highly recommend stying here for a cheap and easy accommodation close to the city, only a 20 min train ride into city or a short Uber. Not the most glamorous place but certainly lovely and beautifully presented and well kept. the only qualm I have are the beds (and pillows, maybe bring your own pillow), not super comfortable... but lovely clean sheets.

Lovely hotel and good location with train station just across the road.Down sides -Bed was really firm so not a good nights sleep and had a very sore back.I could also hear the people in the room above me stomping about late at night and again at 3am. If you’re a light sleeper get a room on the top level.

Beautiful spot to stop for an evening in Melbourne. Lovely, large and comfortable room and bed in a nice Manor house. Close to train station, well worth checking out

This is an amazing place to stay. The room was comfortable, and staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was good ( cost $10.) but well worth it as delicious and lots too choice from. Very relaxing space to sit, chat, and e joy.

Great place to stay if you like old buildings with character.Nicely refurbished.Good price. Close to transport.Excellent service.Even the cheapest room was pleasant.Comfortable. Rooms with ensuite. Good continental breakfast for $10 extra.Will be staying again!

OH MY GOD.If you like old world charm, victoriana decor, a drawing room without a TV, peace, quiet and a slight wibbly wobbly venture back in time.... this is the place.Perfect for couples wanting peace, or to stay when going out to a show at The Comics Lounge...(oops..)Super clean. Huge beds, large rooms with ceilings that reach for the stars, real coffee in the rooms, comfortable armchairs and ensuite.. then this is the place.But dont tell anyone. I want this to be kept a secret.On site parking... *free*Wheelchair access (via dining room at rear)Ground floor rooms.Continental breakfast is an option for $10Not the place for young kids.. sorry.

This is a lovely hotel, stay here always when in Melbourne. Only complaint is very hard mattress. Need to invest in some toppers.

We booked ourselves and our whole bridal party + family into Toorak Manor for our wedding weekend. It was an absolute dream. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, in an amazing location in Hawksburn near the station and lots of shops/cafes. The gardens are lovely and the hotel itself has so much character. This is a real hidden gem. Added bonus of free parking on-site. Thanks Mandy, we had a great stay and hope we can stay again.
