Make sure you check your receipt. I went here today, on Saturday, for their “super Saturday” 15% off sale and when I left the store, I checked my receipt and 5% off had been applied instead of 15% off. I returned to the store and was told I’d have to have everything rescanned but they decided just to refund cash. That’s fine.However, then I got home and checked my receipt properly and was overcharged for a number of “red dot” sale items! So frustrating. I can’t be bothered returning but I wouldn’t have bought these items if they weren’t on sale, especially as one is out of date already.Sorry Little Hen, you’ve lost my trust and loyalty. Please be transparent or just don’t bother offering discounts.

This shop has the best range of products that I've ever seen in a health food shop. Inclusive of essential oils and beauty/bathroom care. Lots of food without numbers or additives and i read the back of everything! A must visit ❤

Great range with friendly customer service and discounts for members. There is a lot of critical reviews and I’m sure there may be areas to improve on, but this store is an asset to Carlisle Street shops.

Hopeless. I can't get delivery of a product that I found on their website as I'm in a regional area in Victoria that's not difficult to send things to! The charge for delivery for any item is $9.90. Surely for such a small item wanting to be purchased by me that the cost of delivery would fall under the delivery fee.

Terrible service. The owner (older lady with dark hair) is so rude and has such poor customer service skills. Was yelling over everyone to find a price for something and told off the poor girl at the counter serving in front of everyone. Was embarrassing to watch. It’s gone down hill since I first started coming here. Will definitely not be back. Bad service and even worse vibes from the staff…..

I receive promotional text messages from this business a few times a month. I now live in a different state and have requested several times by phone to have my number removed. Somehow this simple and valid request is being repeatedly ignored and I am growing increasingly frustrated!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE. The Little Hen happily took my money online for a product which they did not have in stock and could not get. They did not advise me and have now failed to refund despite my phone calls and emails over several weeks.

Stopped in for a quick snack consisting of a banana and bottle of kombucha. The girls working were all very helpful and kind. Will come back!

Horrible customer service. One lady with curly hair was really rude and dismissive. Will definitely not shop here again.
