My partner had my engagement ring made through Louise jean and felt so supported, making the experience easy! I then had a crown made to match as my wedding ring. The customer service was great. I had about 20 photos sent through of stacks before making up my mind. I can’t wait to get an eternity band to complete my stack. 100% recommended!

My partner and I have had the honour of working with LJ, TWICE! The team at LJ were sooo helpful and (despite us being based overseas) made us feel so part of the process by sending us pictures & email updates, and checking in with us to make sure everything arrived safely. My rings are gorgeous (I find myself gazing at them all day, everyday) and I feel very lucky to have had something created by such a magical brand & team. LJ are really the whole package and I can’t recommend or thank them enough! X

I had a wonderful experience with Louise Jean Jewellery. My fiance absolutely LOVED her ring. I found out about LJJ through their instagram page (my fiance had recommended the page to me but didn't know I was secretly buying a ring!). They were always helpful throughout the process to answer any of my questions and were very transparent and open. They went above and beyond and I know they genuinely cared about us to make sure we loved everything about the ring. Thank you to Emily who was my main point of contact all throughout - a pleasure to deal with :)
