Buying some burger patties today and be the offer was two for $15 or 1 for $8-$9.50. please mark the single item with the correct price and not a guess . On checking later I was charged $8.50 for the 4 pack of burgers. This is bad pricing policy Woolworths.

Woolworths in Morley Galleria l have found to always be very busy. Its very clean and friendly staff working their. They have all the essential items including a bakery section with fresh baked bread a cold meats deli section a seafood section and a meat section plus all your major items. They have an equal amount of self serve counters where you put your items through yourself, or if you don't want to do that they have the same amount of staff helping people through the check out counters. Staff very friendly too. Prices are slightly higher than some other Woolworths stores but they're certainly not the most expensive either.

Not my usual store so had to navigate my way around a bit but ok. Got in and out pretty quickly. Service was a bit I threshing when asking about where a product was and told quite abruptly didn't have any. Maybe she was having a bad day.

I had horrible experience with Woolworths online shopping. I was at work I can’t shop therefore I ordered the delivery. First it said come to house around 3:30pm. Then it said delay to 4pm ish. But between 2pm-9pm there were no update whatsoever. Just keep tracking the order still in prepare. Called the contact center. They finally told me the driver had been cancel the order. Then an other driver picked up the order but never pick the order up from store. I was furious. Like that absolutely ridiculous. I could have go to store and buy it already. But as I was waiting I though the order still coming I missed the chance. Moreover they never update customer of getting cancel. If the company as big as Woolie still treat customer like that. It’s very alarming. I don’t mind it got cancel but I’m very upset and feel like mistreated by not getting and indication of the driver cancel or not picked up. And a bit further the staff in the store aware of the order not getting pick up. And never take any action. I don’t know how much they related to online service. But I have absolutely terrible feeling of this incident.

One of the service desk old woman(not too tall) super rude, impolite and not professional.Bad service that i've met.Those staffs will hide and lie the promotion stuffs and tell the customers they didn't have any.I saw there still a lot.The customer service staffs always not in good mood and super bad service.This shop have to improve their staffs quality.

I recently received an order organised from this store. I am disabled and rely on a four-wheeled stroller to mobilise. This is why I have my groceries delivered. Today they were delivered and dumped at my garden gate and the delivery person left before I could open the front door. Trying to retrieve the groceries has caused me great distress. There are still items I am having trouble to retrieve. The time booked for delivery was 12 midday to 1 pm. The delivery arrived as 11:45 am. This isn't usually a problem because the delivery persons usually wait for me to appear on the porch and then place the groceries in an area where I can retrieve them. Not today unfortunately. I tried ringing the manager of the store but the phone was not answered. Even Olive was malfunctioning. Thanks Woolies, for absolutely nothing.
