After meeting Lizzy at Spachoice Balcatta, she really went out of her way to explain everything there is to know about spas and swimspas. We found her very knowledgeable about all aspects, products, warranties and after sales service with her friendly attitude that we decided to purchase our swim spa at this store the same day, Tuesday 14.4.20. We'll recommend Spachoice, Balcatta, to any one interested to buy one.

Duncan & Brad are excellent service providers. From the start of our selection process, to the delivery of our spa, they have been great communicators & facilitators. I can highly recommend their services, without doubt.

Beta-Wellness were wonderful at the Home Show. Once the spa was installed, with damage it was a different story. The tradesman they sent out was rude, and made the problem worse. Which Beta-wellness said was just a panel not properly in place . I can tell the difference between warped and not in place, even if I am a woman. Plus, he didn’t check the lights were working (in that section) , which to me seemed a fairly obvious thing to do if you have 30 years experience. So now waiting to hear what is happening with the warped panel that was not even the start of the problem. That was another panel damaged on delivery. That was fine, things happen. But the “fix” has opened a whole can of worms which Beta seem to want to brush me off hoping I’m too female to understand.

If your looking to purchase a spa in Perth then this is definitely the place to visit. Lizzy is extremely helpful, friendly and makes the process of choosing and purchasing so easy. She provided me with lots of great information & as a single lady I never felt pressured or stupid with any of my questions. Lizzy guided me with suggestions for delivery, electrical & was so helpful to me with after sale service. Thanks Lizzy, we absolutely love our new spa.

After a few days of shopping around we are so happy to have found the perfect spa for our needs and budget at Spa Choice.
