I couldn't possibly recommend Craig highly enough. After experiencing ongoing issues with water leaking in a renovated bathroom in an investment property, I was referred to Craig by another plumber. Craig was absolutely tenacious in his pursuit of the leak and went to significant lengths to diagnose the issue. While it took some time, he was able to identify the issue - something that no-one had been able to do in the 5 years prior, even though I had already had a building inspection, 2 visits from another specialist leak detection company and multiple visits from other plumbers. I initially found Craig a little prickly to deal with on the phone, however he was much more personable when tending to the job and the extent of his expertise resulted in that being long forgotten once he got to work.As a direct result of Craig's work, and the comprehensive report he provided, those responsible for the initial works have accepted responsibility and will be conducting significant work to rectify the issue.Craig was my last ditch effort in a lengthy and unpleasant battle to diagnose the problem and I'm incredibly grateful for the outstanding work he did. He is upfront with the work required and pricing. I had a tricky leak that he detected and fixed. He has all the equipment required to detect tricky leaks and plenty of experience as well!

I have called Craig from Plumbingwise for a number of plumbing solutions on my house in Scarborough, from major renovations to small leaks. When I first purchased my house and renovated the kitchen Craig came and jack-hammered up the floor to relocate the pipes, dislocated and relocated the gas, then returned to connect it all up when the new kitchen went in. He did a great job for the major renovation. I have also called Craig for some emergency leak work, my old underground copper water pipes have had some leaks. Craig has all of the top equipment to help him locate the underground leaks in a very timely manner, then dig up the pavers, repair the copper and replace the pavers. I am currently half way through another major renovation including installing a new toilet, 2 showers and outdoor kitchen which requires new water supply and underground sewerage outlets. I didn't bother getting quotes for the work because Craig has always been fair with his pricing and efficient with his time which saves me money on labour costs. He has installed everything to a high quality which is built to last. I would definitely recommend Craig from Plumbingwise for any job you have, be it big or small, gas or water.
