Awesome job at very short notice, cutting and welding a plate as part our slide out kitchen for a caravan. Very happy with the job and the service was exceptional.

I needed to get a handrail welded up so I dropped by and saw Simon Redlands Stainless Steel, I dropped it off on Monday and Wednesday was ready for collection. The service is exceptional from both Simon and Jeanette. Highly recommended this place

I was looking to get stainless Steel brackets for a roof frame and two shower trays with screen floors fabricated for a project house in the daintree.So I called Redlands stainless Steel and arranged to talk with Simon on Saturday morning,Saturday morning arrived and met Simon at his shop, with the back of my car full on timber models and two sheets of mesh and not expecting much it didn’t take long before I knew I was at the right place ,Simon put my mind at ease ,nothing was a problem. Its rare I feel the need to publicly praise a company however the levels of service and follow-up I received from Redlands Stainless Steel was exceptional .. my job was only small and there were some issues that weren't Redlands fault - however they took control and invested their own time to fix the problem for me.The quality of the work was exceptional as well ... and just a pleasure to deal with people who put customer satisfaction above their own profits .. 10/10
