Only About Children Williamstown

I had a really bad experience with enrolling my daughter. I was regularly calling them for 3 months to check if they have availability in the Toddler room. They assured that they will consider my daughter first from waitlist for Jan enrolments and inform me on availability.I was regularly checking in with the lady Adjani on this matter and so many times she will tell me that she’ll call me back but she would not call.To my surprise, I found out from the other lady that enrolments were open at some point and were already allotted to kids.I felt they intentionally didn’t consider my child for enrolment.

This place is one of three childcare centres we have used and by far and away the worse one. Children are left crying in a corner because it is easier for the workers if they are conditioned not to cry. They are TWO year olds, they need comfort. My child became depressed whenever we turned up for drop off, he loved the other child care centres. All for profit, not for children's growth

Could not say a bad word about my experiences. Staff are friendly, caring and communication is A+. We have enjoyed watching our boy develop across the year from his experiences at OAC

Oac Williamstown an amazing daycare and kindergarten. All the educators are fantastic. My daughter learned a-lot. I’m so happy my daughter is going in such an amazing Childcare.From Karina, Melissa at the front, Ange in the kitchen through to Jasmine and Natasha in the pre- kinder room, the staff are incredible. They are all so personable, professional and knowledgeable.

My son started at Only About Children in February this year.It’s a big step for a parent/carer of a young child to leave them with people you don’t know.From our orientation day to this day, I have felt safe and comfortable leaving him in the care of the staff (carers) at Only About Children!He has grown so much from his first few weeks (maybe first few months)!Now he walks in and gives a cheeky smile to anyone he walks past!Communication is so important to me. Carers provide routine updates during the day and an end of day daily diaries. It’s so nice to feel like a fly on the wall!Karina, Karen, Aleisha, Olivia, Zoe, Ang and Gracy have been a great support system. I can’t thank them enough.I look forward to continuing our Only About Children journey!

Karina and her Nursery team, in particular Angela, Zoe and Dipti were just fantastic with my daughter Rose (age 1), helping her to quickly adjust to a childcare environment, especially as she was only attending 1 day a week. Rose loved attending and would always be happy and smiling at pick up time after a fun day of play. I was very sad to leave Williamstown but it just made sense to our family to have both children attending the same OAC centre in Newport. I miss everyone so much and so does Rose!

OAC Williamstown!!! Such an amazing daycare. All my children have had great positive experiences here. The centre has a fabulous feel about it. Great peace of mind dropping my precious ones off.From Karina at the front, Ange in the kitchen through to Dipti in the infants room, the staff are incredible. They are all so personable, professional and knowledgeable. I can't speak highly enough of all the staff, holistic care and education this facility provides.

We love OAC Williamstown, all three of my kids have loved the centre. The staff at the campus are amazing and our kids have thrived there. The campus itself is beautiful too.
