Went to buy a dessert box, wanted the smaller one as it’s for a person who has just had surgery and can’t have a lot.They only have the large available, after I went to try another store came back and they have smaller boxes which they will give me to repackage myself but won’t sell a smaller box, happy to go without a sale but won’t repack. So I brought the larger box and was given a smaller box and they don’t even offer to help repackaged. I have to sit out front of the store in my car and do it myself, it great customer service at all. Zero stars would have been my preferred option

Did this shop change the owner recently? Cakes are not the same, quality went down the hill. Very disappointing as we use to shop there for years. But last cake we got was as it was done from the leftovers. I checked the reviews and I can see fake 5 star reviews from the same account. Putting fake review won’t help your business. You just lost another returning client.

Not sure what’s the story but there was barely any cream in the cake and the sponge layer was super thick and dry. Very disappointing.

I had a simple idea with a cake inspiration that I wanted but The Cheesecake got me Surprised with their gestures of creativity n enhanced my cake idea.. I would like to let the public know that my cheesecake store is in Altona North is the most amazing helpful informative welcoming delightful service I have ever come across since the cheesecake shop has ever opened I would like to thank the staff member Hilarie especially and I would never hesitate to come to the cheesecake shop as I am currently in a wheelchair and couldn't thank Hilarie enough the service is absolutely amazing!
