This was my second time I had been to AAEC. I had Dash Cam installed yesterday but that's all they did. Charged me $225.50. I expected it to be paired and working when I drove off but I noticed a message on the screen 'Dash Cam not paired' so I went back to them. The owner told me it was up to me to do that, unbelievable. He told me to go back to Big W where I bought it and get them to do it. Wow, won't be going back to AAEC ever again. I hate being ripped off like that. Very disappointed in AAEC Mackay.

Car came back with paint scrape, doubt if auto electrician even looked at my car. Got some tools from a friend and turned out to be a loose wire after I replaced battery. Definitely don't go

Excellent, we were passing through to Port Douglas having trouble with 12 volt feed to caravan fridge. Rang then 2 hours from Townsville, they said to drop in when passing to fix. Took a few hours of rewiring. The young guys were very efficient and got us back on the road with fridge working on 12 volts.

We had a battery supply problem with power to our caravan fridge when travelling. Not only did we get in quick, these professionals found the problem, corrected it and ensured everything was working well before we left. Thanks everyone at AAEM. Highly recommend. 2 happy travellers.

Was able to be booked in at short notice, simply the best auto sparky business I’ve come across in 25years of playing with cars. They knew exactly what I wanted to achieve, and the fitment and finish is perfect. We are overwhelmed with the professionalism of this business and we would even make the drive from Brisbane again specifically to have them do more work for us.

Needed our air-con in our VE Commodore fixed, it was just blowing hot air, it went in on the Tuesday morning and came out on the Tuesday afternoon, excellent servicing and pricing … We are extremely happy with the job done… Thanks to the lovely receptionist Kim for all her help as well… Thankyou to all the mechanics that worked on our car… Would recommend this company as the go to air-con repairers in Mackay… Big Big Thanks from us …
