I first used Mark and his team on a big, last minute plastering job, which they did a very good job on. He then told me about a new business he had set up called Flaw Fix which repairs damage to floors, tiling and the like. As I was considering removing some old bathroom fixtures from a marble tiled bathroom and a standard tiled bathroom I decided to give it a go. So I removed these fittings which left 5 medium sized holes in the marble/tiles which needed patching up. The completed job was far more than a patch up! It was really excellent work - I could hardly see the holes without getting up really close to the walls and looking hard for the spots. Basically, Mark fills the holes, matches the colours as best he can and then paints over with a lacquer. It is a really professional job and honestly looks great. I would definitely recommend this new service and would use Mark and his team again - in fact I am!
