Mr Lim Korean & Chinese Diner

it's mind blowing good experience. the chicken sauce is fabulous and I can feel chef making very dish with passion. although it's chicken breast, still very juicy, tender and crispy.

Was really looking forward to this place, based on recommendations. However, the food was really underwhelming. I don’t think I’ve ever had a “bad” Chinese / Korean meal (perhaps the luck ran out)… this would have to be on the bottom of the list. Service, it was like being at an Aldi checkout. We actually had to ask for the food run to be slowed down - firstly, we didn’t have space on the table and secondly, it felt like we were being rushed to eat. The pressure to chow down your meal was intense.

A Chinese Korean fusion restaurant. The pork bun was delicious, the filling had good flavour and the bun was fluffy. The bossam was nice and I really liked the bean paste. They are usually quite busy so booking is recommended.

We needed a quick meal as we had driven for about 9 hrs that day. They did not disappoint. Tofu was delicate and tasty as we the present wantons. Fried chicken was crisp and appropriately sauced. Duck was cooked perfectly. Perfect for us

We just passed by Dubbo and found this hidden gem. We love everything of this restaurant, service, food and decorations! We need this level of Korea restaurant in Sydney URGENTLY!

The food at Mr Lim's was fantastic, but unfortunately, the service was appalling, and the website prices and menu were out of date. When we arrived at the restaurant without a booking at 6 pm, we were informed that they were fully booked for the night, and takeout was our only option. Despite there being eight vacant tables and seating at the bar, we understood that they were reserved, so we opted for takeout. The gentleman in front of us was also placing an order for takeout and was told it would be a 15-minute wait.While placing our order, we noticed that some dishes we had in mind were not on the in-store menu, and the staff was rudely dismissive when we asked about it with our phones on the website. Moreover, the prices listed on the website were out of date. While menus and prices can change quickly, it would be better for Mr Lim's to ensure their websites are kept up to date, given they have four sister restaurants.The man in front of us got his food in about 20 minutes, but we waited for quite some time. We saw others come in looking for a table without reservations, some even opting for takeout as well. The wait dragged on for an hour, and we had no communication with the staff even as I stood by the cashier. When we enquired, we were told it would be with us shortly. When we finally got our food, we had to go get some instant rice as we ordered two servings of rice but felt like we received only 1.5.This was my first visit to Orange, and although the food was good, it took an hour to get it. Additionally, we had a really unpleasant time trying to order takeout. There were still five empty tables when we left at 7.20 pm, which was frustrating. I was hesitant to leave a negative review as I enjoyed the food (the Pan Asian flavours were intense and on point, especially the slow cooked chicken), but this feedback is warranted. Mr Lim's should improve their service and ensure their menus and prices are up to date.

What a delightful place for dinner. Very friendly and efficient staff. Delicious Korean food. We had the prawn, scallops and sea blite dumplings, duck breast pancake, slow cooked chicken and black sticky rice pudding. All were very tasty. Can thoroughly recommend.

Pretty busy (even on the sunday of a long weekend), so best to book in advance. I had heard many good things about this place and wasn't disappointed.The servings are pretty big, so it is easy to overorder. We both enjoyed the genmaicha tea (we had a lot of wine during the day and couldn't drink any more).I was looking forward most to the Korean fried chicken, but I found it to be a little too salty and a little too doughy (I'd give it a 3.5/5). The duck breast pancakes were really good, the duck was perfectly cooked and all the trimmings are very fresh. My favourite was the minced pork and green beans, these dishes are both a 5/5 for me. The minced pork has nice textures and a fusion flavour to it.Given the price, quality and ambience, I would come back for another meal here

Was there last minute for lunch (28/05/2022). Nice fusion style cooking. Presentable to eyes, pleasing to taste. We like it, better than some Michelin claimed food place.
