A quick response to my enquiry & Mark visited my home to assess my requirements & best options. Quote received & was within the price expected for work to be completed. Mark kept me up to date & arrived on time for booking. Existing heating & cooling removed & new system & ducting installed. Mark's team were professional & completed the job quickly. New system is working well. I would recommend Bliss Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.

Bliss Refrigeration and Air Conditioning were professional throughout the whole process starting with a quote, to installation of four units and a followup visit. No complaints here. Great work.

He broke a large pot by knocking it over and denied it until I showed him the camera footage of him hitting it as he was walking past and then looked back and watched it fall and smash. Then instead of apologising he said he wouldn't give me more than $50 and said it is not worth that. Took him days to bring the money after chasing it up a lot.He also ran the cables so tightly through the roof they were suspended in mid air and across the manhole cover to a point that it I couldn't even close the manhole cover and he just left it open. The cables in the ceiling storage were not pinned or run like most cables. Just hanging in mid air and drapped over cases and other things I have in storage.He also charged me $300 extra for 15m of power cable.

We had an emergency as our Evaporator cooling system stopped working, Bliss came out and diagnosed the problem, two components needed to be replaced, I was informed that they would quote us on the parts, a week later we are still waiting on the quote.Absolutely disgusted how they have handled our issue and will not be using them again.

Bliss was recommended to us by a neighbour. Mark came out promptly and gave us a quote to install a split system aircon, which we gladly accepted. Overall a very professional job carried out with a minimum of fuss by an efficient team - very happy with the result. Highly recommend Bliss.

Mark and his team are excellent. Highly recommend them. Professional well priced and punctual. Have had them come out on 3 occasions for different jobs around air con install or maintenance. I know I will be using them again if needed.
