Kitchen Craftsmen Joondalup

Thanks to the team at Kitchen Craftsmen Joondalup we now have an awesome alfresco kitchen! Marco gave us an excellent design that suited our needs and Brad assembled an experienced team to make everything happen in time for Christmas. We'll definitely use Kitchen Craftsmen again to remodel our indoor kitchen, and highly recommend their services to anyone looking to update / build a new kitchen with minimum fuss and maximum quality.

My daughter posted a review on my behalf and it may be taken down as she was not the paying customer as reported by kitchen craftsmen (but it is her property). They are yet to resolve the issue but are so intent on removing the review first. As described we have cabinets that are approximately 6 months old that are falling apart. You can see from the attached images. We have also found out today from an independent plumber the cooktop may have not been installed properly (We used the trades recommended by Kitchen craftsmen as it would be easy for project management and “they are with you from design to intallation”). There was an explosion causing the glass cooktop to shatter. Anyways we have a “meeting” on Monday so will keep you all updated on the progress of this. My advice regardless is to go elsewhere as they have zero attention to detail and poor customer service unless off course you want the free headache.

Do not recommend. Continual delays that weren't communicated until I chased them up. Poor management of the project, delivery was done poorly which led to the vast majority of face panels been scratched or damaged leading to further delays. Communication absolutely shocking, had to email the heads of the company to get basic levels of customer service.Design phase was fine but missed clearance for an entrance door handle.Price is cheap for materials but would recommend someone else.

Poor customer service, poor quality and zero attention to detail. Look at this cabinet that is 6 months old but already falling apart and they are not responding to our calls. They have also left holes in the cabinetry which is attracting pest to come in so we’ve used our initiative to block it. Again no one is returning our calls or emails so we remain hopeful with this Google review. Take your money elsewhere is my advice.

My new kitchen looks fantastic.I was so impressed with Damon Giles. He was friendly and professional and had some great design ideas. My small kitchen has now opened out into a modern, practical design.Everything went smoothly and ran to the timeline. Jo the installer took so much care and pride in his work. All the trades were also on time and very professional.Thank you to you all. I would highly recommend Kitchencraftsmen.

Kitchen craft did a great job. All the crafts men including the contractors they advised were polite, on time, skilled and helpful.We were very impressed with the end result too.

We had our kitchen installed 10yrs ago and the job was satisfactory, however, our kitchen is no longer under warranty and the laminate is coming loose and looks shabby. The laminate near the bin is peeling off and the laminate on other cupboards looks like there are air pockets between the wood and laminate! We spent a lot of money and expected the kitchen quality to last more than 10years.

What a wonderful experience!Started and finished right on time and we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen. Quality of work was exceptional and I highly recommend using all of the trades provided by the company. The trades all knew each other and worked together to get everything in on time.Thanks to our designer Damon Giles. From the moment we walked in the door we had a great experience with you and knew if we needed anything you were always available to answer questions.We coupled our kitchen renovation with floor tile removal and install of new timber floors. It was great to know we could rely on Kitchen Craftsmen to work to schedule so we could arrange these other renos at the same time.

The team at Kitchen Craftsmen Joondalup made the design, and installation process from start to finish a delight. They installed our kitchen during COVID so delays were expected and yet they still managed to impress. Every member of the team was polite, professional and on time. Thanks to Damon, Brad and all the team not only would we recommended them we are talking to them about getting our bathrooms done!
