Useless place as they employ kids and she had no manners when I took the complaint in regards to my Telstra services not working and no-one responds to the online feedback forum and they have no email or any phone number to contact as even my online account wiped off probably due to their id breaches so after contacting them so many times they just couldn't fix my excess bill issues and then no response to my emails on their feedback and then I went to local shop in craigieburn central shopping centre and the little girl had no idea what to do and then she asked me to wait and then second customer came so she started working on her computer fixing his issues or just ignoring me intentionally as she had no idea what to do in the cases where customers come to complaint about their home internet and phone internet issues as their online customer services never respond and I had no where to go . After that the girl asked me to leave showing the finger to the door of that teltra shop who just are interested in selling the phones mainly with data making their business rather than fixing the issues of the current customers. To my shock they all yelled at me as if they had no senior person there who could teach them some professionallism because they were young kids probably working on cheap salaries knowing nothing and then being abusive for knowing nothing. After many days they disconnected my services both for broadband and phone internet leaving me and my business no where and to my shock they still keep sending me the bills for current as well when they have no connection with me for any services as they disconnected them many months ago. So I don't advise Telstra anymore as all they are interested in your money with no onshore services doing all kinds of online frauds and data sharing as my online account was vanished and till today no-one ever contacted me except sending me bills even after they disconnected the connection and keeping my phone number which was actually mine. So stay away from this fraud company and save yourself from their offshore customer services with no service but taking your id and personal information doing all frauds.

Customer service was good. A smooth , easy transaction. But the music in the shop was too loud to the point where people had to speak in raised voices. But to their credit, the music was turned down when I asked. My rating would have been a five except for the loud music.

Chris and Shaun are both great customer service people. Shaun especially went above and beyond to help us get a better deal on our mobile phone plans. He was extremely diligent in ensuring that all our needs are met. Thanks again!

Went to this store to disconnect my old number, and they said they would contact me in a week time. I was trying to call them after a week, but no luck. Follow up with your customers. That's my advice

Worse customer service. Manager does not seem to have a clue with managing and talks too much rubbish. Went there at 2.30pm and told me to wait or come back. If by 3pm, there is no cancellation he would call me to come but regardless he had me booked for 4pm in his Ipad. So I wasted my 50min waiting from 4pm until he said he cant help me as they would need to leave early. I think the manager does not understand the concept of time. Some staffs seemed lost and one girl was adamant that she would need to leave earlier than closing time. Regardless, none of my business who does what, but they clearly do not value customers and not in line with Telstra's customer service policy. The manager should be trained or replaced as he is very clueless. If you can not value a customer's time then you are indeed disrespectful.

Customer service doesn’t exist.Staff always standing around doing what looks like nothing but then just stare and don’t acknowledge you when you walk in. Even if you are flat out busy, as retail workers in a customer service job, you can simply just say Hi, I’ll be with you in just a moment. It’s appreciated more than just being ignored.Also, they like to close the shop early, with no signage as to why. It’s annoying.
