NONO NAIL

Bought my wife the treatment and customized manicure as a present. She loved it and was more than satisfied. She thinks it is the best nail salon in Canberra and definitely recommended.

Japanese style nails, very intricate, super talented nail artists, a full manicure and paint with patterns or hand painting takes about 3 hours but the quality is worth the time spent, more expensive than a cheap / walk in salon but value for money for the quality you get. Mine never chip or break they always grow out. Japanese Gel is strong like acrylic but not as thick or damaging to nails. Highly recommend

I went here for the first time today and I'm amazed at the service that's given. They really take their time and make sure everything is perfect. Make sure you book because they are usually packed! I got removal of gel and full one colour set and it totalled to $63 for around 2 hours of work, which I think it's very reasonable. The salon is immaculate and relaxing, and they provide a little phone stand if you want to watch movies or shows on your phone.

Removal of acrylic nails followed by gel overlay with colour took 4 hours and cost $173. Read the prices carefully and beware that everything is a costly add on. The $80 quoted was just for the gel tips, if you want them painted, gel polish starts at an extra $50 (no nail art). Removal of nails is quoted at $25 but beware that for me this price doubled without discussion. I wish I could say that in spite of the higher than anticipated cost and time my nails turned out well but unfortunately they are inconsistent lengths, shapes and oddly lumpy. I can’t even remove them as I’m so concerned about how thin my nails will be as my natural nail was so heavily filed with a an e-file (drill). Feeling thoroughly disappointed and genuinely ‘ripped off’ after my visit. The only sense I can make of the glowing 5 star reviews is that they haven’t been posted by genuine paying customers.

THE BEST NAIL ART SALON IN CANBERRA.Since it opened this March I have gone four times and are very satisfied, surprisingly price here is almost the same as those bad salons. Products they use are very high end, there is no unpleasant smelling at all. Technicians here are artists who do nails to another level. They can paint and design your nails with jewelry. Their manicure even includes treatment oil to massage afterwards. I have been living in Canberra for 6 yrs and tried almost all nail salons, NoNo Nail is definitely the best.

The only nail place I trust, their dedication is out of this world. They disinfect their tools religiously which is also a major plus. If you want your nails to be not only pretty but healthy, Nono nail is the best place to go. They can be a bit pricy but trust me, they’re a Japanese nail salon which means they take CARE of your nails. I can’t wait to go back for my visit next month!

I walked in today to get my nails gel colour and was asked to make myself comfortable while they manicurist finished with another customer. The salon is clean and relaxing. I was then cheerfully greeted by Phoebe who was an absolute delight. We chatted and exchanged gardening tips and the results are perfect. She checked in with me to make sure the pressure and shape was good and that I was satisfied with the manicure. Great pricing too. I've found my new salon. Best I've visited in Canberra. Thanks Nono!
