Extremely disappointed with customer service. Was buying two bags for my wife which the lady agreed on a price on $600. Only for another lady to come over and tell us the price is $700 for these two bags and wouldn’t sell them to us for the original agreed price! Lost sale over $100.Reply to your response;That’s interesting because the person who served us that revoked agreed upon price is pictured all over your social media pages for “JLP Melbourne”, she’s also in your google pictures for JPL melbourne. Giving the right review for right place.

Great bag with great quality. Wearing mine for over a year now, my friend has had one for nearly 5 years now. Have been buying a few for presents as well to friends and family overseas - it is great for a present as they last forever and saying that it comes from Melbourne brings everyday memories. Have not washed it for a very long time. Pictures between brand new and years after. Still a great condition. Would love better pricing sometimes for bigger bags especially but they are great otherwise.

I've used it every single day since receiving it, and it hasn't skipped a beat.I've started replacing my other branded bags with JLP bags as they've come time to be replaced, and I've done so with the confidence that they're going to stand the test of time.The owner is lovely, very knowledgeable and helpful, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her store every time.

I went to the main office to look at their range and I just loved the little shop. Quite hard to find because Google maps drove me into the cemetery next door, from which there is no access way. Drive into the small industrial complex off the service road instead, the shop is down the back. Then I had to call the owner and wait because she wasn’t there yet. But it was totally worth the wait. It took me half an hour to finally choose from all the wonderful bags, and I managed to get a perfect one for an amazing price. I am 100% happy I bought from JLP.
