I had a half-head of highlights, toner, trim and blowdry here. I have just moved to Launceston from Sydney and was nervous about finding a new hair stylist. Cheveux Hair and Beauty is my new go-to! My stylist was fantastic, she listened intently to what I requested and did exactly what I was hoping for, both colour-wise and style. I am impressed, and love how my hair looks.The atmosphere in the salon is relaxed and welcoming, and all the staff that interacted with me were lovely.I would recommend this salon, and I will return.

I took my 2 year old son to get his first hair cut with Freda, she did an amazing job At entertaining him whilst also giving him the cutest haircut. I have always had great experiences at cheveux with both my children and myself

I was disappointed with the service I received. After my colour was applied no one cleaned off excess from my forehead and near my ears. The salon was busy so I was left a long time sitting with my colour. Finally a junior came to wash my hair she was very nervous and didn't apply enough pressure to remove colour from my scalp which left excess so when I put my fingers through my hair I was left with colour on my fingers. She had no confidence or experience with curly hair which she told me. She didn't know what products to use or how to scrunch dry my hair which made me feel uncomfortable she just kept saying Is that enough". She needs more training before she is given a client."

Best scalp massage I’ve had in 12 years of visiting hair dressers! Ava was absolutely amazing, cannot believe she is only in her first year, she nailed my full colour first time and took so much care in her work. Could not recommend enough! Will be back !

Enjoyed my time at the salon, was a nice atmosphere, friendly staff and I’m Very happy with my hair done by Jasmine, she taught me a few things on how to take better care of my blonde. I also like that you can get later appointments due to working every day this is very helpful also the online booking is great to see what times are available. Will definitely be returning
