Recently had to have an ultrasound done, Phil was the sono and he did a great job, super fast and efficient !Was greeted by Gemma who was friendly and efficient !I don’t understand why the clinic has received 1-2 stars, they were on time and moved quickly !If you’re late to an appointment ( like I’ve read in other reviews ) or you come in at their closing time - you can’t blame the staff for your being late which would throw other appointments off…My experience was excellent !

I took my elderly mother to her appointment at PRC in Midland. Both the X-ray tech and the ultrasound tech were so kind as well as being very thorough checking her hip. Awesome service!!!!

There was an elderly lady who sat beside me waiting for her turn. Then is receptionist called the elderly lady to come over to the desk it took the poor elderly lady some time to get up with her walk-in frame and approach the receptionist lady who then asked if the elderly lady had something to eat and drink which I thought the receptionist should of kindly walked around behind her desk and come to the elderly lady and asked her those question. When 5 minutes later I saw another receptionist go to an elderly lady asking her for information about her appointment which I thought was very respectful and kind and should be done for these elderly people. Sorry I need to let you know that you need to teach your receptionist to do this. If one or two receptionist can do this, all of them need to do this. Show some respect for the elderly.

I visited this practice yesterday for the first time and I was excited for my first ultrasound. But the experience was not the way I expected. The lady who served me after hours (6:50pm) was rushing so badly. She performed an intravaginal ultrasound and it hurt because she went right in so fast. And she was moving it around so so fast inside me I even told her she was hurting me. She was not happy or showing me any emotions or telling me if my fetus or anything is good or bad. She only described the heartbeat and the location of the fetus. I’m confused now and waiting for the report. There was hardly any communication between her with us and it felt like i was a dummy and she was doing her tasks on me. I felt weird

Ive been here a lot over last 18 months dealing with a spinal issue, this clinic has always been in my experience efficient and professional and the staff attending to me have been fantastic. It's never going to be a generally happy experience getting this kind of medical service, but they def make it as stress free as possible

Don't bother getting there on time for your appointment as they run 30 minutes late. Went in for an Ultrasound and was made to sit in a chair in the corner and stretch my body over the table for the Ultrasound. There were 2 people in the room and while one of them was doing the test the other one just sat on the chair looking around the room. No help getting my splint off and on, just hurried me out the room when I had finished, whilst holding onto my bandage and splint.

Previously have had some great experiences here, one of the best pregnancy ultrasounds was done by a trainee. She looked after me really well, was so gentle and the best experience I've ever had. I was roughly 20 weeks pregnant when I saw her.Recently came in last Wednesday for an ultrasound (not with a trainee) and was very disappointed. She was very rushed, very aggressive and she moved so quickly, neither I nor the person I bought with me got chance to see bub at all and I'm 30 weeks pregnant now. Person I bought with me has seen and had pregnancy scans done and she also couldn't believe how aggressive and quick she was.

Aweful service. I was having the medical appointment in the middle of construction work. Doctor could hardly hear me and I could hardly hear the doctor. Reported it to Complaints and Compliance Officer asking for a refund and got offered another appointment for free. Ok, decided to have another appointment, informed them about my preferable date and time. And guess what? Apparently the offer is not valid any more (no time frames were mentioned in the original email). Now I’m asking for a refund again, let’s see what answer I get. Poorest customer service I dealt with in my whole life!
