Had an amazing shopping experience buying my mum’s Omega watch with Brian at Kennedy Crown Perth.Exceptional service, super welcoming and friendly. He always gave his utmost to answer any questions we had and helped my mum pick the best watch for her. She’s absolutely thrilled with it.He was also more than happy to help me with my Omega that I had purchased elsewhere.Such a lovely experience from the team every time we go in. Highly recommend!

Had the pleasure of visiting Kennedy Crown and Rolex boutique several time and it was always a good experience. We were there last month with intention of window shopping (only) yet ended up walking out with a beautiful Tudor timepiece. I was helped with Inna who provide a good feedback and for one of the manager Carina who pop up and greet me is a nice gesture. The whole Kennedy team is just accommodating and I'd say do not hesitate to visit them your next timepiece.

Nestled inside the Crown, the store sits opposite to the Casino entrance. The store itself had a great collection of IWCs, Tudors, Zenith, Longines and Omegas and is an authorised dealer to most luxury brands.The staff, especially Michael A, was courteous, engaging and remembered my name even when I went the following day. Generally speaking, the staff were great and helpful with good knowledge and a genuine interest in helping customers.End result, got myself a fantastic timepiece and they got a happy client!

Exceptional service. We bought a Tudor and an Omega watch from this place. Highly recommend this place because of Jeannette who patiently answered all our questions and is very knowledgeable about the items they are selling. She entertained us with high quality customer service even when we told her we were just browsing. This made us want to buy watches from this place because of the exceptional service even when you're just inquiring about service or products.

I received a call from the watch boutique manager after I listed two of my watches for sale on watch marketplace. While I appreciate the follow-up and interest in my listings, I was disappointed with the manager's demeanour during our conversation. The manager was rude and unprofessional, and her tone was unwarranted. I understand that it can be frustrating to see customers selling their products elsewhere, but it is important to maintain a level of professionalism and respect. At least give a chance for the customer to explain their situation before hanging up on them!!!!!As a result of this experience, I may reconsider doing business with this watch boutique again in the future."

Just spent the afternoon talking watches with the exceptional team at Kennedys in Crown. Ended up leaving with an amazing Longines piece for my father and he couldn’t be happier.
