My wife and I have been going to Knox Aquatic centre for the past a few months, for our 4 years old son.This girl Sara is way too big for her little boots. Always too busy and too important for her clients.The pool frequently has used band aids and rubbish around the edges and the change rooms are less than satisfactory with a disgusting urine smell very unhygienic. Also I think there are far more chemicals in the baby pool than need to be, and the temperature is never consistent.

Don’t believe what their website says that enrolment for “learn to swim” is “open to the general public”. It’s only for their students at Knox & prep school. Having tried numerous times to enrol for learn to swim classes they keep changing their requirements for entry. Why not just state who can & can’t enrol rather than misleading customers?

Temperature controlled, clean and well maintained pool. Olympic sized pool for folks in higher levels and a separate smaller sized pool for beginners. Healthy instructor to learner ratio.
