Vet Cross Gin Gin

Our lost cat of 6 months was handed into Vet X Gin Gin...given we had to travel from Townsville then onto Karratha WA...Vet X looked after our cat for 1 week prior to our travel...we were so greatful when Vet X contacted us...now he is safe in Townsville with his brothers until our next journey to WA...we'd like to thank everyone for getting Bruce back to us safely...we truly appreciate your kindest ❤

Very caring very friendly. I took in a friend's elderly dog with a matted coat. They trimmed his fur,cleaned his ears, de-flead him and gave him a general check up . The price I payed really surprised me for the state the dog was in when I took it in. I picked up a totally different dog.I expected to pay over double than I did.

Always a fantastic experience. The reception staff are pleasant and caring and the vets always take the best care of our boys.

The worst vet I have ever been to. JO is Horrible and should be FIREDshe is so rude and I have talked to over 4 people this arvo that don't use that vet because she is there

The worst vet I have ever been to Jo the front desk lady is horrible and has no cair for animals, physically took a dog off me to take to the vet when I had no problem looking after it when I found it and she couldn't find the owner and I said I would look after her and give Then my number she said she would call thepolice and then came and took the dog off me when I was holding the collder doesn't even deserve a 1 starFire Jo and you might get more customers

Always helpful and friendly. You can see they really care. Once we had an emergency and the lovely nurse went to the trouble of booking us in at Bundaberg so we could go straight in as soon as we arrived without having to wait as she knew we had a 50 minute stressful drive with a dog needing attention .

Completely unhappy with the services received today... Took a dog in that I found rake thin, they couldn't locate the owner so they promptly took her to cage her up for the night and take her to the pound tomorrow, even though I would look after her and give all my details, and would bring her up straight away if owner was found. The receptionist took it upon herself to touch our stuff and get in the way of us physically after i made a decision to take her ourselves and deal with the police if need be. She took away that option for us ,now I sit riddled with guilt as a dog sits waiting in a 1.5m cage . I will never take another animal to Gin Gin vet. PROTOCOL was her reasoning for this.

Total and utterly awful. In my experience I have spent alot on my animals, but not to be ripped off. I have had great luck with other vets, but this LOCAL vet is just looking for money, nothing else, they do not care about animals at all.A few years back I had my dog fixed up for a broken leg elsewhere, needed a replacement cast after a while so thought I'd go to this vet, before they moved to where they are now. We'll I got folded then, paying more than the price for the initial total fix from elsewhere!My partner had her dog hit by a car, a few years back, and when they were coming up the price, it wasn't a set price, it was literally a question of how much can you afford?".Today took the cake. All I wanted was some drops for my dogs ear. To be told it will be a consultation fee of $95. I wasn't keen to find out what else they'd charge. Especially after the customer in front of me was stung with hidden charges
