Do not, whatever you do, use this company to instal anything. Cheap, bad workmanship is followed up with even worse customer service. We waited five and a half weeks for our shower screen to be fixed, under warranty. Two weeks later, the same shower door broke. Five more weeks and dozens of phone calls and empty promises- ‘we guarantee we’ll be there after lunch tomorrow’, it remains unrepaired. They simply don’t deserve your business. 1/5 is a high rating for how bad Regency are.Update: the shower screen broke for a third time in three months and this time Regency were straight onto it, with their production manager Scott ringing me and arranging for the doors to be collected and fixed in the factory the next day. I think this response shows willingness and better customer service and I would therefore up my rating for Regency.

So frustrated with this company. Our builder used Regency to install our wardrobes and shelving. The quality is poor, within months the shelving was bowed and not level. We contacted them via our builder in Jan when we discovered the wardrobes were coming off the wall, pulling holes in the plaster. It took Regency several months to turn up and inspect the problems. They agreed to repair and replace, but it took 5mths after measuring to book in an installation date. Then they stuffed up the dates and we had to shuffle our plans to ensure it could be done. Emptied out 4 wardrobes today only to get a text message 15min before they were due to arrive, cancelling the appointment. No phone call, no offer to reschedule. All we want is to be able to hang up our clothes and 10 mths since first lodging a complaint, we are still waiting. Nobody answers their phone or returns calls. Its their shoddy work we need fixed. I can only hope Department of Fair Trading can help because I am over it. We have an existing claim lodged with the dept including the wardrobes. Regency, you need to do better or close up shop. This is a disgrace.

Had an appointment for his n hers wardrobes which went fantastic and all ended there. Since then said a week or 2 so left it 3 weeks as no rush sent 3 texts finally a reply will do tonight.That was a further 4 texts later and 4 weeks ago still no qoute terrible service woukd not recommend.

We have been waiting 6 months for Regency to come and fix the wardrobes they installed in our home (that were well over $20 000). more than 10 phone calls, numerous emails. Nothing.

Originally went to Stegbar - Kotara for a wardrobe install. They couldn't help me and sent me to Regency Cardiff. Regency Cardiff did not have anyone in their show room to help me, the receptionist could not answer my questions and took down my details. I was told I would get a call back the following day. I've been waiting 4 weeks and no communication.Don't waste your time.

One star is a compliment. If I could leave zero stars for zero service I would. We are have tried on multiple occasions and via various methods of contact to obtain quotes for shower screens, wardrobe doors and the like. They failed to either get back to us or follow up on all occasions but the last. On this occasion we finally had an appointment scheduled for a measure and quote (1 month after we actually turned up to their showroom with all our measurements) only to be called 20mins prior to let us know the guy couldn’t make it and he would call to reschedule. Glad we took the morning off work for that one. We haven’t heard from him or the company since. Hands down worst service I have ever encountered.

Their contractor installed a mirror that had scratches on the back so it was visible from the front.They've been out twice with the wrong size mirror.They are so slow in getting back to us, we are always following up asking them when are they coming out.2 months later still the mirror has not been successfully replaced.Very poor customer service!

After visiting their showroom to organize a new shower screen I was assured that someone would call me to arrange an appointment. No call. So I followed up again...now their too busy till next year. Very poor customer service!

Communication from all departments is terrible. Waiting on a warranty claim and I was told we would have a call by the following day from them coming out to see. This was over 2 weeks and still waiting. No replies to emails or texts. This has been ongoing issue since booking the job in.
