Got my nails done for a wedding 2 days later 2 nails were lifted and fell off, I simply called and booked an appointment for the next business day to have them fixed, I was prepared to pay for the fixture but when I went to the counter the man said that he will do them for free today but next time I should look at going to a new shop to get my nails done, which was quite upsetting as I’d been getting acrylics from this store for over 4 years to now being told I need to find a new store for them to be done.Absolutely horrible thing to do to a customer who did nothing wrong but get her nails fixed from the store she got them from.

Absolutely love my nails from beauty spa and nails. They managed to fit the three of us in an hour even though they were quite busy. They manage to try and fit everyone in. This nail place is the cheapest I have going and definitely is worthy. We had a large variety of colours to choose from and were happy with the results, we will be coming back in the future. Full set of nails with shellac costs $65

Amazing nail place and best in Coffs for my acrylic infills and designs, best to always book in as they are always busy but $55 for an infill and lasts 3-4 weeks! This is two and a half weeks in of my last - they do a great job

I've never had manicure before - but I will again. I feel so much better using my nails to tap on EFTPOS and not being embarrassed when I have to point at computer screen at work. Thank you beauty spa and nails.

I do not have fake nails and had a manicure. They obviously have no training in non SNS or acrylic. Uneven shaped, jagged nails and chipped in a few hours. Extremely overpriced for the products used in a natural manicure. Would not recommend.

They have the best service for pedicures in town. Every tool is autoclaved. The chairs are top quality. The polish lasts weeks. By far the best out of the quick last minute no need to book salons.

If you're a picky inner city regular nail client, please be patient with these guys and be specific in the kindest way. They will try their best to cater to your fussy needs, they will consult between them if they're not busy to give you the most experienced technician.
