Thank God I found Frank and FST Automotive! ,...because I was really dreading to going to VW Service again ,after a recent misdiagnosis..and they can literally hold you and your car hostage,..once they have your car they will find all manner of fault to drive up the bill with extortionate prices on service and parts,...and its a junior inexperienced mechanic, getting paid $20 bucks an hour to work on your car. Profits on Car Sales are wafer thin,..and they make all their money on Service and Spare Parts!

A big thank you to the team at FST auto for this work in fixing my engine on the VW polo. A special thank you to Frank and Jacob for their hard work and transparency on the issue and costs involved, and the turn around it getting it back up and running despite needing parts ordered overseas. They even fixed my daylights which was bugging me. Such a wealth of knowledge at FST, and if anyone needs assistance with their car/engine/etc, I highly recommend you go see them first!

If you are after someone who will put passion into their work, look no further than Frank at Das Auto Haus (FST Automotive). He took on my Audi SQ5 at last minute that was initially misdiagnosed as being a High Pressure Fuel Pump by another repairer, which turned out to be my injectors. The other repairer who had the car for 3 weeks, kept messing me about. So I got in touch with Frank, who was more than happy to take on the work. He received the car in parts, and had to put it back together. The car was a non starter and is now driving like a dream. I could not recommend Frank and his services any more.Franks diligent work and attention to detail was seen throughout the process, as the proof is in the pudding, as the car is firing on all cylinders.Frank definitely knows his work, and is very knowledgeable with Euro cars, which was delivered in the work he completed on my car.
