Professional installers is what we wanted to install our security cameras, and professional we got from Casa Security! Luke came to install our security cameras recently and we couldn't be more thrilled. He is a nice young man who is very knowledgeable, ON TIME!!, respectful, very much down to earth and mature for his age, thorough, hard worker, very polite and well-mannered.After the installation, Luke went through the options and technical settings and showed me the phone app settings step by step. He then demonstrated and showed me how to work the system, our TV and get to the necessary screens and playback options. BRILLIANT!The price for installation and quality of equipment is great and the customer service is beyond what many expect. We have been customers of Casa for 10 years we are more than happy to recommend them to anyone. Ask for Luke to install your security cameras :-)

Ben installed our cameras for us and did an outstanding job. No great surprise really as i have dealt with Casa many times over the years both privately and through business and their service and pricing is always second to none. Had Casa Security replace our existing security system with a new Bosch system, they were great to deal with, installer arrived on time and completed the job to our satisfaction, went through system operation before leaving. We have since had an issue with sensor and Bruce/Donna addressed it immediately, system is now all sorted. The whole experience start to finish, including the sensor repairs has been faultless.
