Bidfood Cairns

I had previously posted a poor review because of how my I believed I had been treated by the Credit Department, after my business was forced to shut due to the restrictions imposed by Covid19, owing Bidfood around $274.00.I received a phone call from Nathan, The Australian Credit Manager, whohas handled this issue. I can only say that Nathan - Thank you -It's in speaking with you, that people like myself, who have been devastated by the restrictions, find something to go on with into the future.If there is any way in the future I ever trade again, I will use your Company wholeheartenly because it's times like these, that one sees the cream rise to the top. Great customer service. Superb website & app. Prompt delivery!

Says open to public in the review. No one at front counter and by the looks, no access for the general public. May have to sign in and possibly pre organise to gain access.

Customer service is absolutely terrible I've been waiting two weeks now for my delivery and again it didn't turn up this week and the excuse was oh the driver had 49 drop offs he couldn't do yours" again I'm told so sorry it will arrive next week
