Staff knowledge does not match info on their own website. Not up to date with government requirements on availability of covid vaccinations available for children under 12. Dangerous.Addit: I did speak to someone directly, hence my frustration with poor staff knowledge.

Arrogant Counter Service Staff ever since changing from Terry White Chemists. Rude service November last year, never went back. But today used them out of convenience, miserable attitude again.For a simple script both times.How hard is it to walk 3 feet and put paper in a tray?.Banned for life.

Got my eldest daughters 3rd earrings pierced. She was a super friendly and professional staff member. Extremely hygienic. Received the jewellery, piercing and after care spray for $25. Never had any issues and healed before the week ended.

Visit this store often and always met with such wonderful service from the staff. I was looking for some new skincare products and your staff member named Maddi was nothing short of amazing. She was incredibly welcoming and friendly when giving advice and even though I could tell she was a little busy when I asked for help, she still went out of her way to help me without a hassle or complaint. I also find I don’t have to wait very long when getting scripts filled either compared to other places. Great little store :)

Was given judgemental looks and told to go elsewhere when I asked if they sold needles, my partner needs them to take injections for a medical condition she has. Priceline Pharmacy in the same shopping centre helped me immediately. Never had an issue before today, but this experience has made me not want to go back.
