The service at any of your shops is non-existant! I just contacted 3 stores and couldn't even get a response to a simple in-store stock enquiry for a common Galaxy A13 model. If selling is your business, you don't deserve to be in business! I am a long standing Telstra customer & share holder - extremely disappointing!

I've been a telstra customer for 42 years. I have never failed to pay a bill in all that time. I went into the shop because my samsung watch stopped working after only 3 years. I agreed to purchase a replacement. When signing me up they tried to force me to move over to direct debit. They tried to do the same thing when I bought a new phone last year unsuccessfully. This time they weren't taking no for an answer and I was told that any addition or change to my plan meant I HAD to agree to direct debit as their system requires it and it HAS to be implemented. I was having none of it. I went home and ordered the same watch online from Telstra. No direct debit involved. No change to the way I have always paid my bills. I don't appreciate the attempt to bully me into something I don't want. It cost Telstra Warrawong a sale and I won't be going back there. I will also lodge a complaint with the ombudsman as I don't believe it is ethical to try and force elderly but loyal customers into changing their bill paying behaviours.

What an absolute joke of customer service. I called the day before to see if a product was in stock that I wanted to buy outright. I did not want to connect it to a service at this point. I told the person I could come late morning. He said it was okay and to just pop in when I could. So on my way home I stopped in there. I stood their waiting for at least twenty minutes before someone even acknowledged I was in store. A lady finally came over and asked what I wanted. I told her I spoke to the guy yesterday afternoon and was here to buy this product. She asked if I had booked an appointment? I said to her I spoke to the guy and he said to just come in (which is what I did). She told me I would be added to the bottom of the list and they could serve me then and they were already behind in time. This is after waiting for so long already. (So can you not just walk into Telstra and buy a product that is not connected to a plan?). I told her how unimpressed I was that the staff had seen me standing there, but couldn't briefly let me know that apparantly I need an appointment (this would have saved both out time). I understand that were with a customer, but I am sure out of the almost half an hour (at this point) I was waiting, that they would not have minded the staff taking 30 seconds to tell me this information. I told the staff member that I was not coming back and would just buy the product directly from the company online.Don't bother wasting your time and going to this Telstra shop. Hardly any staff working, always a long wait.

I have been there several times needing help with issues for my phone and computer. Found this store after Telstra via phone and Telstra store Wollongong were 'useless'. Have recommended this store to friends and family who have all experienced the above customer service problems via ph and other stores. The staff here have fixed every problem and issue we went to see them about. More recently (10th Feb) young Marcus fixed my phone and computer problems that Telstra created a couple of days before via phone. I recommend to everyone to just make an appointment (appointment necessary) at Warrawong store with any phone/computer issues.. Do not ring the telstra problem number as they will only create further issues. Save time and stress and simply to go into Warrawong store first. Great staff and team. Regards Neale

My favourite Telstra Store. The consultants I have had over the years have always been on the ball and helpful. This time I had an emergency replacement for my previous phone and the consultant gave me a great deal and fixed it all up for me, and made sure I was fully up to date.

Absolutely appalling experience for my grandmother today! She went in with a WIFI device to ask for help uploading prepaid credit. When wrapping up the interaction she was given back the incorrect device. It wasn’t until she got home and took out the device that she realised she had been given the wrong product back. She called up the store to let them know their error and to arrange pick up of her original device. They suggested that the one that they gave her was the one that she brought into the store but she was missing her sim card and the device was an old one. My grandmother has been in tears in all day

I needed to change a sim card and arrived without an appointment deciding to take my chances. The lady took my name and number and I left the phones with her. She said she would call as soon as someone was available. I wandered the shops for only 10 minutes before she rang and told me the sim was exchanged and I could come back! Now that is amazing service! I am very grateful.
